Newfoundland Labrador Housing (Housing) invites proposal submissions to develop a series of options to support Community Based Housing groups within Newfoundland and Labrador:

The Community Based Housing program, which was initiated in 1986, represents a partnership between Housing and independently based non-profit community organizations located across the province. Housing provides financial support and some operational support to volunteer boards of Community Based Housing groups who provide independent rental housing accommodations for lower income families and individuals.

Terms of Reference

Housing will accept proposal submissions which are postmarked no later than Monday, May 3, 2010.

Housing is under no obligation to accept any proposal and reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any or all proposals.
